These Terms govern your use of OCP Library ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sharing accounts, scraping content, attempting to reverse engineer the platform, posting abusive or unlawful content in community areas, or interfering with its operation. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions and billing

OCP Library offers a 17-day free trial followed by paid monthly or yearly plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your trial is free; after it ends, your card is charged automatically unless you cancel. You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account. Refunds, where applicable, are handled at our discretion and in line with applicable law.

Content

Book summaries, notes, and generated content are provided for learning purposes. We respect the rights of authors and publishers. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish the Service's content beyond personal use without permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Educational content is not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCP Library is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
